What you´ll do
You will take on two main tasks within this role: TALENT ACQUISITION
- Partner with managers from different departments to understand their hiring needs and define candidate requirements
- Prepare vacancy texts, reflecting the needs of each department, in order to attract strong internship candidates
- Publish job postings on different channels and review the received applications
- Drive first screening & share feedback/recommendations to hiring managers
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication and feedback
- Work closely with the HR team to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires
- Conduct administrative follow-up (contracts, accesses, welcome boxes)
EMPLOYER BRANDING
- Be the HR ambassador within the internship community, in charge of organizing monthly activities and animate the group of interns, to optimize their experience
- Support the Campus Manager with Academic Relations, by attending events at universities and business schools in Belgium
- Act as the primary point of contact for interns, providing guidance and support to address any questions, concerns, or issues they may face during their internship
- Take part in a wide range of HR projects around candidate experience, diversity and inclusion, etc.

What makes you a good fit
- Student or Fresh Graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources Management, Psychology or related
- Excellent written & spoken knowledge of English, with fluency in French and/or Dutch being considered a must
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent communication and planning skills
- Interest to learn more about Human Resources
- Looking forward to collaborating with international colleagues, all over the Benelux region
- Available full-time for 6 months starting from June or July 2025
